A smaller, heavily styled table for the night before
The rehearsal dinner is the most intimate table of the wedding weekend, and we style it that way: vintage china, cut crystal, real silver flatware, linens and candlelight down the length of the table.
Day-of coordination is available — setup, timelines, vendors and the flow of the evening — so the two of you spend it with your families.

Questions, answered
How much does a rehearsal dinner tablescape cost?
It depends on the package and your guest count. Every package is priced for 20 guests and includes delivery, styling, setup and teardown; our Carnegie package is made for rehearsals and receptions — everything in Astor, and we coordinate the event itself. Can you style the rehearsal dinner and the reception?
Yes. When the two are at different addresses, tell us early — the same china and glass can dress both if the timings are planned for it, and a second setting costs far less than a second inventory.
Do you provide the food or the bar?
No. Food and drink are not included. We can add a bar setup — bar, vintage ice buckets, decanters, cocktail napkins and signage — but the liquor, license and server are yours to provide.
Do you travel outside Tyler?
Yes. We are based in Tyler and work across East Texas, Dallas–Fort Worth and Shreveport. There is no travel added within Smith County; beyond the Tyler area, travel is quoted with the event.
